『海老のクリームパスタ』にブランデーとレモン汁を加えて大人の味に。いや～、かなり美味しいです。

海老のクリームパスタ
メイン材料 その他材料
  • 海老10匹（その他好みの魚介）
  • 生クリーム　２００ｃｃ
  • レモン汁　　大さじ２
  • ブランデー　80cc
  • オリーブオイル
  • バター　　　３０～４０G
  • 粉チーズ
  • パセリ
  • 塩
  • 胡椒
作り方
１、 ２、 ３、 ４、
海老はぶつ切りにし、湯がいて塩、胡椒する。 フライパンにオリーブオイル、バターを入れ１を炒める。 レモン汁、ブランデーを加え、生クリームを加え煮つめる。 茹でたパスタと、茹で汁大さじ１～２を加え、粉チーズ、パセリ、塩、胡椒で味付け。
