そのままサラダに！はもちろんのこと。その時のサラダに合わせてしょう油をプラスしたりマヨネーズをプラスしたり・・・はたまたサワークリームなどで混ぜ合わせれば新たな美味しいドレッシングの出来上がりです。

玉ねぎドレッシング
メイン材料 その他材料
  • オリーブオイル　　70ml
  • キャノラー油　　　30ml
  • リンゴ酢　　　　　35ml
  • レモン汁　　　　　15ml
  • ニンニク　　　　　小さじ1/4
  • 玉ねぎ　　　　　　1/4かけ
  • 塩　　　　　　　　小さじ１
  • ブラックペッパー　小さじ1/2
作り方
１、 ２、 ３、 ４、
玉ねぎ簡単にザク切りしておく。 材料を全部入れて、バーミックス　ミンサーで混ぜる。

サラダ以外にも炒め物のベースに使ったり、何かと重宝します。

容器に全ての材料を入れて～

バーミックス　ミンサーでガガーッと混ぜるだけ！！
こんな風にとろ～りと乳化します。

冷蔵庫で一か月くらいは持ちます。
