  • 豆板醤 大2
  • 甜麺醤 大2
  • 紹興酒 大2
  • 花山椒 少々
  • コショウ 少々
作り方
１、 ２、 ３、 ４、
瓶に入れて混ぜるだけ。

＊調理の際は素大さじ１．５に対して、すし酢を小さじ１入れる。
＊保存は使用した調味料の消費期限にもよるけど、だいたい数カ月大丈夫。（自己責任でね！）
